Hello and Welcome

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to move forward, you’re not alone and you don’t have to figure it out all by yourself.  I’m here to support you in finding clarity, strength, and a way through.


I work exclusively with UK-based clients through secure online platforms, offering counselling support in both English and Russian.


My integrative practice is grounded in person-centred and psychodynamic approaches, ensuring a supportive, understanding, and adaptable therapeutic experience.

My tailored clinical approach is designed to help individuals navigate anxiety, depression and relationship challenges with compassion and care.


Depending on your needs, we may explore how past experiences and relational patterns influence your present feelings or simply focus on creating a safe space for you to reflect, process, and move forward.


Online therapy provides a flexible, private, and convenient way for you to access support from your own space, wherever you are in the UK.  It eliminates the need for travel, making it easier to prioritise your well-being.


Together, we will work at your own pace.

I offer integrative counselling, combining person-centred and psychodynamic approaches. This means our work can focus on both your current challenges and the deeper patterns or past experiences that may be influencing them.

Everyone’s journey is different. Some people benefit from short-term support, while others prefer ongoing therapy. We’ll review your needs together as we go.

Sessions are 60 minutes long and usually take place once a week. We can discuss what frequency feels right for you and in some circumstances I can provide longer 90 minute sessions.

Session fees are £70 per 60 minute session with courses of six session packages provided at a discount.

90 minute sessions available £100.

All fees payable in advance.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or missed sessions may be charged in full.

Yes — confidentiality is a key part of therapy. The only exceptions are situations involving serious risk of harm to you or others, or when legally required.
